Stephanie Rose was born to Nelson Aloys Otieno and Cyprine Rita Otieno on 3 rd August 1994. She was the only child to the couple. She was granddaughter of the late Aloys Owour, the late Penina Ojwang Aloys of Andingo` Kanyakwar village Kokwanyo location in Kabondo Kasipul constituency, Homabay County; and the late Simon Awiti and Justina Olage of Mawego, Kobuya Village.
After her three years nursery education at St Nicholas junior school, Stephanie joined Kianda Primary School from 2001 to 2008; her love for Sports was glaring and several times led her Green House to win many races. Stephanie did her class eight Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), but after several considerations Stephanie was admitted to St. Andrews, Turi School in 2009 for the British System of Education: She did her IGCSE in 2010 and the A levels in 2013. She then proceeded to do a one year Foundation Degree in Business and Law in 2014 and then joined the University of the West of England, Bristol to study BSc (Hons) in Real Estate where she completed her studies successfully in 2017.
Stephanie first joined Knight Frank Kenya in 2012 for her work experience program as a senior student at St. Andrew’s, Turi. During this time, she was exposed to practical experience in Valuation, Property Management and Agency departments. When she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, she enrolled for BSc Real Estate at The University of West England. Her 2015 and 2016 summer internships were spent at Knight Frank Kenya where she was further exposed to practical Real Estate Valuation. Following her graduation, Stephanie joined Knight Frank as an Assistant Valuer in September 2017. She then grew to become an accomplished Real Estate professional having advised high-value clients both local and international. Stephanie was one with great ambition and drive. Prior to her demise, she was working towards getting the prestigious Global RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification and earning the title of MRICS Knight Frank - Kenya.
